What Is RSS?
RSS documents, also known as web-feeds hold a brief overview of content from the website downloaded from. Usually with a link contained in th docuemnt allowing the viewer to see the full text. RSS allows people to  keep up with websites with all the ease automation provides.

In order to view RSS content you require a feed reader. Most of today's browsers, notably Mozilla Firefox incorporate feed readers as does the popular customization feature for google named iGoogle.

Feed readers check each RSS feed often, in order to download any site updates found.

For simplicity of use try using iGoogle and ading some website feeds, including the soon to be released PSAA feed to be announced shortly.
