Please note that -
CEFAS
Research Vessel to fish in an area of the
Skerries - Message from Keith Bower,
Fisheries Officer - Devon Sea Fisheries.
Please be advised that the CEFAS research vessel CEFAS
ENDEAVOUR will be working in the Western Approaches between
the dates of 17th & 31st March
2008.
During this
time she will be operating very close inshore and will be
undertaking two or three short tows with beam trawls in the
Start Bay area.
You may recall we had some excitement previously with anglers
complaining about a similar operation as they had not been
forewarned. If you would be kind enough please to pass
the word to the angling fraternity it would be
appreciated.
